PSYPACT is an agreement between participating states that allows licensed psychologists to provide teletherapy across state lines legally and ethically. If you are physically located in one of the 42 states that participate in PSYPACT, you can work with a PSYPACT- authorized psychologist, even if they live elsewhere.

That likely depends on your insurance. I will supply you with a superbill at the end of each month and you can submit this to your insurance provider to request reimbursement. I encourage you to call your insurance provider to get details of how and what they will reimburse.

A superbill is a specialized receipt that includes all the information your insurance company requires to process an out-of-network claim.
I will supply you with this superbill at the end of each month and you would then submit the superbill to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Please note that many insurance plans require you to meet an out-of-network deductible before any reimbursement is issued.
To better understand your coverage, I recommend contacting your insurance provider and asking about your out-of-network benefits for behavioral health services.

I am 100% virtual in 2026; but am planning to offer in-person options in early 2027.

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
I understand that life happens, and I’ll always do my best to be flexible when possible, but the following policy helps me hold space for all clients consistently and respectfully.
First late cancellation is chalked up to “life happens.” No fee.Second late cancellation is a $125 fee.
Any late cancellations afterward is a full session fee.
Any no-call-no-show is a full session fee.
Please note that insurance will not reimburse cancellations and no-shows.
